Touchette Regional Hospital is a general medical and surgical hospital in the Metro East St. Louis region with 119 beds. This facility, like many hospitals, had most all systems operating 24/7 while some office areas only operated on a normal five-day schedule. Upgrades included the simple installation of setback thermostats, fine tuning the operation of exhaust fans, and resolving numerous control system issues.
