The Marion K. Piper Academic Center (PAC) on the McKendree Unviersity campus in Lebanon, Illinois is a classroom and office building with an auditorium and offices for the campus IT department. This study identified an issue with the original roof-mounted HVAC units installation that prevented them from turning off at night in spite of the control system programming. In addition, a long-term problem with space temperature control was found to be caused by improperly installed heating water valves, which were finally fixed correctly.
