Bob Towell managed a three-firm MEP design team while Vice President with HOK in St. Louis and oversaw all primary design decisions along with overall design for the stadium seating areas. Bob later left HOK, worked with Lillie & Co. to provide building commissioning authority services, and later developed the preventative maintenance plan for all mechanical and electrical systems. He earned a 1st Place National ASHRAE Technology Award for this project. CxE provided limited support services for a number of years in which a re-commissioning effort was performed to verify proper operation of HVAC systems and all life safety features, which was expanded to include many energy savings measures discovered during the evaluation.
