The Webster Groves City Hall includes administrative offices, the Council Chamber, police department and fire department with portions of the facility operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The combination of building uses and multiple additions and renovations to the original building made this project a challenge, but many effective upgrade options were identified.
