Triad High School, located in Troy, Illinois, is a large facility with an athletic wing housing two gymnasiums and related support areas, an office/commons central location with cafeteria/commons space, library, and administrative offices, and a classroom wing of two levels. This project included individual fan coil units for the classrooms with energy recovery units to provide tempered outside air ventilation. A solution to a long-term problem with classroom comfort issues was identified as part of this project with a very low cost fix.
