This 29-story federal judicial facility is the largest single courthouse in the United States and serves as the main office of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. The commissioning effort for this facility was initiated late in the construction phase and was added due to problems with the original general contractor. At one point the general contractor was released, and the GSA took over management of the project completion. CxE worked closely with GSA to identify incomplete work and help verify that the final installation worked properly and was able to spend significant time working with the facility operators to ensure they understood the operating concepts.
