The Schnuck’s Harvester Store is a vintage brick building with typical grocery activities and general operation of 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This facility provided a unique look into the operation of an older grocery store and included a detailed analysis of the refrigeration systems and display cases. This local grocery chain proceeded with establishing a program to replace all display case systems with ECM fan motors and LED lighting.
