Dunham Hall on the SIUE campus consists of two building areas and three floors housing a performing arts theater, classrooms, mass communication studios, offices, and music practice rooms. The first building section was constructed when the campus was started in the 1960s and the music wing was added in the 1990s. The recent conversion of some constant volume reheat systems to variable air volume operation was never commissioned, and several opportunities were discovered during the study.
